What a nice surprise! Our first time here and very glad we found this place! Douglas was fantastic! He was very accommodating, very helpful and kind! It's nice to know that when you are tired and just ready to rest, this place is ready to do just that..Rest! With a welcoming attitude! The bed was good, but what stood out were the sheets! Cotton sheets no static, No itchiness and crisp clean sheets! The AC is older, So it does Not dry out your sinus! So this is a Major plus! I had No sinus issues compared to the newer AC models.. The Shower! Very Hot water ! Perfect to unwind and call it a day! Thank you very much! We will be back!
The room was very comfortable and clean with nice furniture. The staff was friendly There was no coffee maker in the room and breakfast was grab to go with coffee, a water bottle and a muffin. Overall, it was good for the price.
Place is clean, very comfortable bed and great price. I will recommend it if you need a stop to rest in your trip.
We have absolutely nothing to complain about with our stay. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, and we slept well.
We have been staying here at the Days Inn West in Kingman Arizona for about 3 weeks now. Cheryl from house keeping along with the rest of the house keeping staff as well as the laundry staff have all been fantastic making sure we always have everything we need and everything is always very clean. The whole crew there is very hard working and friendly and we have not had any issues or problems with our stay. Would highly recommend staying there and we will stay there again in the future.
4 stars for a 2-star hotel. Clean room. Great location. Very inexpensive. Not the cheapest, but it felt safe. Kingman is (nearly) the last stop before going into California. No breakfast. This is a 4 star review for a 2-star hotel because of two items. First, there was no breakfast provided albeit that was expected. Second, due to the location, the hotel was full (which is fine), but it was also loud. Next time I think I will look for a place off the main freeway.
I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. I travel for work and stay in hotels over two thirds of the year. And I know what a nasty motel is But this is not it. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable Plenty of pillows. Water was hot and the TV worked. I don't need much more than that. And for the people complaining about bugs, they were probably lying. It is an older hotel, but it seems like it's gone through some refurbishing.And I will definitely stay here again
The rooms are okay, they're not bad. They did the job. I will say housekeeping though is extraordinary specifically I would like to have a shout-out to Cheryl to thank you (her) for all of her assistance and her quick and diligent services. You alone made me want to come back.
